Interview Excerpts with Siddhraj Singh

Ayura Origins: What does Natural Wellness mean to you?

Siddhraj: For me Natural wellness means to get all your nutrition from natural sources, be it your daily protein intake, or your essential vitamin requirement. To avoid synthetically produced supplements, artificial preservatives and chemicals, this might prolong the shelf life of the item, but may also be harmful in the long run.

Ayura Origins: Your 3 health tips that everyone should follow?

Siddhraj: According to me, these are the 3 health tips that I believe everyone ought to follow:

  1. Drink plenty of water
  2. Avoid artificially sweetened foods and aerated drinks
  3. Try and keep a balanced diet as much as possible, with a healthy amount of vegetables and it is always good to have a daily exercise routine as well.

Ayura Origins: Apart from these tips, is there anything that you specifically do to lead a healthy lifestyle?

Siddhraj: I stick to a good diet and try and get some form of exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Since I do spend a lot of time in front of a computer, I also look away from the screen every 20 minutes and fix my eyes on something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds to give them the break they deserve and not stress my eyes.
